This lamb rub has a distinct flavour profile unlike any other with a touch of sweetness allowing for the great combination of herbs and spices to shine through along with a nice touch of curry powder making this an outstanding addition to the Boomas lineup and a very different flavour profile for any lamb lover.
Season the meat evenly with a little or a lot of seasoning, depending on your taste. Allow 15 minutes for the meat to absorb the rub before beginning to cook.
