How long does shipping take for heavy grills and smokers?
Due to their size and weight, most grills and smokers are shipped via freight. Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number and a phone call from the carrier to schedule a delivery window.
What is your return policy on used equipment?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on unused equipment in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Once a grill or smoker has been fired up, it is no longer eligible for return.
Do you offer assembly services for new BBQ units?
We provide detailed digital and printed assembly guides with every purchase. At this time, we do not offer direct in-home assembly, but we can recommend certified local technicians in most major metropolitan areas.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. We also offer flexible financing options through Affirm for larger equipment purchases.
Are your products covered by a warranty?

Do you ship pellets, charcoal, and wood chunks internationally?
Currently, we only ship fuel and heavy equipment within the contiguous United States and Canada due to weight restrictions and international shipping regulations.
